One of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do was admit that my entire life was a lie. I was hoodwinked. So have my siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, friends, teachers, supervisors, shoot even the guy that sold us our dogs. The Law of Vibration states that everything in the Universe moves vibrates, and travels in circular patterns. It is nearly the same principle as the Law of Attraction. Like frequency attracts like frequency. Communication is holistic in nature.

Two people can say the same thing but at different frequencies, and elicit results at those respective frequencies. The Principles of Vibration & Attraction in the physical world apply to our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and desires in the non-physical, ethereal realm. Every sound thought, craving, urge, and reaction, has its unique vibrational frequency, specific to what it is attracting. This concept is not as simple as observing cause and effect; this is quantum physics. Everything is energetically neutral, and the Universe only has poles. There are no real opposites. The only actuality in existence is objectivity. Robbery looks different to a Yakuza gangster, a police officer, and a kid in Harlem.

Everything is dual in nature, and on the scale of polarity. Nobody is fully feminine or masculine, to hate someone we must also be capable of loving them, what’s right for one person may be wrong for another, and so on. To be in opposition is an illusion. On the micro level, we might choose to eat chips or chocolate cake, over fasting or eating a salad. On the macro level, we’re deciding to move toward species extinction and planetary implosion. Thus, when we gain those extra few pounds that cause diabetes & high blood pressure, we can reasonably assume this is the planet’s way of cleansing itself. Per the Law of Vibration, eating foods that sustain life will result in a longer happier life for those who eat them. Awareness plays a big role here because as we grow in awareness (consciousness), we attract more natural herbs and medicinals, while those vibrating lower believe drinking sugary apple juice will result in good health.

We tend to become opinionated before we have enough information to make a reasonable, non-emotional argument. We also tend to see things from one perspective as if objectivity exists. Unfortunately, our environment is the primary source for this differentiation between right and wrong, and not true morality or overstanding. Someone that grows up in Pakistan is going to view right and wrong differently than an American. A North Korean citizen is going to view patriotism differently than a Cuban. A member of the Yakuza is going to see stealing from their neighbor differently than a poor kid from Harlem just trying to survive. This is just how it works.

Until we understand that our environment is really what’s informing our decisions, and not our true selves, we cannot be so quick to jump to conclusions. So many of us become polarized or self-righteous through ego alone. We have one success, or dominate someone in one area, and think of ourselves as the epitome of truth. We UNDERstand. But the ancients teach us that Knowing is a result of expanded Awareness and experience, not perception. Many modern religions operate solely on blind faith when there is no substantial proof that what they believe is real. And they’re all equally convicted about their religion being the ultimate truth. The problem is many of these same people would also kill for their religion, which they are only a part of because it is being ingrained into their DNA, and has been for generations.

We must zoom out and become more equanimous. We should only allow ourselves to ‘feel’ curiosity or gratitude. We should learn and be informed by differences rather than respond with judgment. We likely cannot fully overstand the circumstances that have lead a person to commit to a perspective and ill only cause ourselves suffering by trying to show them why they’re ideology is wrong.

The truth is, there is no ultimate truth. The Universe operates on energy alone, and energy is neutral. It doesn’t have a beginning or an end. It’s always splitting & changing forms, expanding and contracting. I’m not a super logical, flat, dense person but science can teach us a lot about ourselves, why we’re here, and where we’re going. Frequency is defined as “the rate at which a vibration occurs that constitutes a wave, either in a material (as in sound waves), or in an electromagnetic field (as in radio waves and light), usually measured per second.” Our frequency is regularly being intercepted with GMO foods, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fluorides, advertisements, pollution, chemtrails, etc… But to raise our frequency and vibrate higher, we must take steps to strengthen our protective aura.

In 1992, Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology, an independent division of Eastern State University in Cheny, Washington, determined that the average frequency of the human body during the daytime is 62-68 MHz. A healthy person’s frequency is 62-72 MHz. When the frequency drops, the immune system becomes compromised.

Human Body:
Genius Brain Frequency 80-82 MHz
Normal Brain Frequency 72 MHz
Human Body 62-78 MHz
Heart is 67-70 MHz
Lungs are 58-65 MHz
Liver is 55-60 MHz
Pancreas is 60-80 MHz

He also determined that:
Colds and Flu start at 57-60 MHz
Disease starts at 58 MHz
Candida overgrowth starts at 55 MHz
Receptivity to Cancer starts at 42 MHz
Death begins at 25 MHz

We raise our frequency by first curbing our perception of reality. Most of us walk around like zombies. I did for 23 years. We think and pray that something will turn out differently for us, unaware that we’re repeating the same energetic patterns as our parents, and grandparents. It isn’t until we’re elders we begin to see that everything works in cycles and without dealing with things at a sub-conscious level, we’re virtually stuck. The Ancients teach that “every problem is a problem of consciousness.” This proverb applied to modern life means that we cannot continue to react to things the same way expecting different results. I know so many people who earned a degree then worked for a corporation for 30 years, hated it, became fat and ill, and then encouraged their children to get a degree and work for another corporation. So many people have been married and divorced 3+ times, blaming their partner for the split each time. The frequency we operate on determines the realities we create and what we attract into our lives. Someone who is perpetually wealthy was raised in a happy environment and knows the frequency of attracting wealth, can think of being homeless daily, but will likely never manifest homelessness. They might begin an NGO or campaign to combat homelessness or even ‘try out the lifestyle’ as an experiment. Someone who was raised in a destructive environment never loved properly was perpetually underprivileged and became pregnant at a young age, might manifest homelessness by thinking about it only once. You might say “well that’s common sense.” But the fact of the matter is that we tend to work with what’s already manifest. Common sense deals with associations at the physical level. It is my intention that you learn the alchemy of the metaphysical, the sub-conscious before things are manifest into physicality.

By working with our awareness, or consciousness, we begin to witness seemingly normal interactions from a non-reactive place. There are several techniques such as staring at a candlelight in a dark room without shifting your attention for 5-10 minutes at a time. Eventually working your way up to an hour, not allowing any thoughts or discomforts to shift your focus. One of my favorite techniques is called flushing. It can be used to cultivate and sharpen awareness in as little as a week. It involves imagining a radar scanning your body head to toe very slowly and identifying even the tiniest little sensations. Itches, Aches, prickly sensations, chills thoughts, emotions, etc… By focusing our attention on the radar, rather than reacting to any sensory stimulation, we begin to focus and redirect our thoughts.

Once we are aware of our tendencies, we can work to change them. Upon becoming more aware of my tendency to externalize power, seek approval from others, and blame my environment (my top 3 struggles), I began working to limit my sensory intake and practice gratitude. You too can curb your reactive tendencies, but you first must become aware. Rest assured the people who are creating advertisements, educational, political, and religious constructs are highly aware of Universal Laws and how to work with them. Come out of your sleep, and step into your Divine Nature. – X
